Dr. Palt Projektmanagement was founded in 2003 and is an independent project management consultancy which does not rely on external capital. True to the motto “Get a lot done without a lot of effort”, Dr. Palt Projektmanagement is able to produce clear increases in quality and efficiency – by working as a team with their clients. This allows them to tap into existing skills and abilities and ensure the transfer of know-how to all employees. The projects produce a lasting jump in quality.
Their range of consulting services includes operational project management, seminars, workshops and coaching as well as international and intercultural project work. Sustainability and efficiency are the focus of their projects in all phases and on all levels. Their clients include large as well as small and medium-sized companies in the industries of banking, insurance, public service, information technology, media, aviation, health care and pharmaceuticals, logistics and traffic and facility management.
The owner, Dr. Beatrix Palt, is committed to the success of the projects she manages and brings to her work her personal dedication and many years of experience as a project manager, a department manager of a management consulting firm and a lecturer on the subject of project management.
